## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责员工入住、退宿及调宿的日常业务办理，做好微笑服务，保证KPI达成。
- 负责员工宿舍内卫生、安全的检查及跟进改善。
- 负责生活区的外围卫生、安全巡查及消防器材点检跟进。
- 定期开展员工活动，沟通会等，及时记录/整理员工提出综合性问题，及时升级反馈。
- 处理员工反馈问题，解决好室友间的矛盾，避免室友间产生冲突。
- 做好仓库盘点，守好最低库存，保证宿舍稳健运行。
- 督促物业对生活区设备设施进行维修、改善，保证设备设施的健康度。
- 管理好清洁、卫生、生活区绿化，营造健康、具备活力的生活区环境。

### 岗位要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历
- 具备良好的服务心态，及服务耐心。
- 具有良好的数据统计及分析能力，可以从数据中发现问题。
- 善于沟通，能够协调日常室友冲突及矛盾。
- 服务类相关工作经验2年以上（星级酒店）。
