## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责退役光伏组件拆解、分选、玻璃/边框/背板/电池片处理及湿法金属提纯工艺的小试、中试验证；
- 重点开展银、铜、铝、硅等资源回收工艺参数优化；
- 输出工艺包、实验报告、物料平衡、成本测算及中试线运行优化建议；配合完成环保、安全、资质及知识产权相关技术文件。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上；化学工程、冶金工程、材料工程、环境工程、资源循环科学与工程等相关专业；
- 熟悉湿法冶金、酸碱浸出、萃取、沉淀、电积、固液分离、废液处理等工艺；具备实验设计、工艺放大、数据分析和成本核算能力；
- 了解光伏组件结构、退役组件回收流程及资源化利用路径； 4、3年以上固废资源化、湿法冶金、光伏回收、电子废弃物或贵金属回收经验；有中试线建设或产线导入经验优先。
