## Job description

### 职位职责
- 负责BIM项目协调和管理工作，对BIM模型的时间和质量负责，审查顾问和承包商的3D模型;
- 搭建项目BIM模型技术标准、规则要求。并推动实施、落地。
- 根据项目需求，配合第三方完成建筑、结构、机电等BIM模型，负责BIM建模的质量、进度、协调等工作;
- 配合项目需求服务施工现场，利用BIM辅助施工。
- 负责BIM项目文件的管理、更新，定期组织团队成员召开协调会议
- 完成项目管理层安排的其它任务;任职资格: 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，建筑工程或结构工程或机电工程等相关专业 2、5年以上建筑施工项目BIM 建模或BIM模型管理经验 3、优秀的英语口语和写作能力 4、熟悉Revit、Naviswork等BIM软件，具有良好的知识和经验。
