## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 搭建并落实进料监控策划，避免不合格品流入产线；
- 推进进料质量前移工作（SPC监控和进料问题改善）；
- 负责来料检验的检测进度、设备和人员管理工作；
- 负责来料异常问题的处理，围堵，冻结等；

### 推动来料检验标准的更新,熟悉各类测量工具及化学相关测试设备； 岗位要求
- 学历专业：本科及以上学历， 化工、材料学、材料成型及机械工程等理工专业 知识技能：
- 熟练掌握TS16949、QC 七大手法、8D,FMEA,MSA,SPC,质量控制计划；
- 熟练使用办公软件，熟练使用JMP数据综合分析,擅长AI，BI，Open Code等工具使用；

### 抗掌握各类测量工具及化学测试相关设备； 工作经验
- 锂电行业及相关行业（汽车及部件）经验优先，有整车/机械/电子行业2年以上质量管理工作经历；
- 具备3年及以上检验测量、质量控制相关工作经验

### 熟练使用QC质量工具，熟练运用FTA进行失效分析,化学实验室管理等； 语言
- 英语读写能力佳，口语佳者优先 其他：6sigma绿带或黑带认证优先
