## Job description

### 过程安全管理
- 建立并维护项目过程安全管理档案，确保所有活动符合法规和公司标准。

### 主导HAZOP分析
- 组织并主持项目的HAZOP分析会议，识别工艺危害，并提出可靠的安全措施。

### 安全数据转化
- 将实验组提供的安全相关数据（如最大允许温升速率、物料相容性） 转化为工艺安全信息（PSI），并写入相关文件。

### 审查与培训
- 审查操作规程中的安全步骤，并对项目成员进行针对性的安全培训。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上；安全工程或化工专业，5年以上化工过程安全经验，注册安全工程师；
- 持有HAZOP主席或资深分析师资质，能独立组织和领导HAZOP分析。
- 熟悉LOPA、SIL定级等安全分析方法。
- 能够将实验获得的边界数据转化为具体的工艺安全信息和操作规程。
