## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 全面管控餐厅各项安全工作，确保食品安全、消防安全、现场安全；
- 审视优化餐厅管理各项流程及标准，确保餐厅各项制度落地执行；
- 了解餐厅体系审核各项规定，确保餐厅合规运营；
- 管理餐厅供应商供餐运营，确保员工餐食保供；
- 餐厅现场日常稽查；
- 餐厅菜品价格审核、菜品多样性提升；
- 员工投诉问题推进解决及回复；
- 餐厅满意度提升；
- 餐厅费用管理。

### 岗位要求

学历专业：本科 知识技能：有较强的执行力和学习能力，具有5年以上大型厂区（5000人以上）餐厅管理工作经验，熟练掌握餐厅运营管理标准；熟练掌握office等办公软件；具有良好的沟通协调能力；具备较丰富的公共关系维护经验及应急事件处理能力；具备良好的写作能力；有相关管理资格证者优先。
