## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 参与高比能材料与电芯新技术开发
- 支持团队落地项目内研发所有新技术支持推动所属产品高效和精准研发
- 熟悉电芯领域各项新技术创新和应用
- 熟悉材料、单体、系统，以及制造相关的技术策略。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，两年以上工作经验；
- 熟悉主流以及前沿电池体系、结构及制造工艺
- 掌握锂离子电池测试、表征与FA分析手段，熟练数据分析与问题分析报告呈现
- 拥有创新意识
