## Job description

### 工作内容
- 负责智能体平台（Agent 运营平台、工具市场、开发者门户）整体产品设计与 UX 策略，制定体验路线图。
- 主导 Agent 对话交互、可视化编排、调试与可观测界面的设计，定义复杂 AI 工作流的交互范式。
- 建立企业级设计体系（Design System）与组件库，统一多端（Web/IM/CLI）视觉与交互规范。
- 设计 Skills/MCP 工具市场、Agent 编排画布、评测看板等核心模块的信息架构与用户体验。
- 联动产品、研发、业务方，将复杂 Agent 能力转化为易用的产品形态，推动设计落地。
- 组建并带领 UX/UI/视觉设计团队，建立设计评审、用户研究与可用性测试机制。

### 岗位要求

1. 8年以上产品/UX 设计经验，3年以上设计团队管理经验。 2. 深刻理解 B 端/企业级平台、开发者工具或低代码/工作流产品的设计方法论。 3. 有从 0 到 1 搭建设计体系（Design System）与组件库的实战经验。 4. 熟悉 AI/Agent 产品形态，理解对话式交互、Agent 编排、RAG/MCP 等核心机制对体验的影响。 5. 精通 Figma 等设计协作工具，具备良好的用户研究、信息架构与交互设计能力。 6. 强业务洞察与跨部门沟通能力，能将复杂技术能力抽象为简洁易用的产品体验。
- 有大型企业内部平台（千人级用户）或头部 SaaS 产品设计经验者优先。
