## Job description

### 岗位职责

岗位职责：
- 负责协调外派人员跨基地/跨部门面试、调转相关事项；
- 推进外派人员办理商务签&工作签相关流程，并对签证数据汇总分析；
- 拉通各基地各部门文员，收集处理各类人员出勤&加班&绩效&津贴相关数据；
- 协调国内跨基地应援项目，统筹安排应援人力落地。

### 岗位要求

学历专业：大专及以上学历； 知识技能：具备较强的责任心、沟通协调能力和数据分析能力。

### 工作经验

两年及以上工作经验，具有人力、数据、行政、培训相关经验为佳； 语言：英语能作为工作语言沟通交流 其他：26年前期需要Base ND基地半年至一年，之后外派至西班牙；
