## Job description

### Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with team members to integrate AI methods into the research process; Lead the team to conduct a computational simulation in quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics and mechanical properties, with the ability to apply to new problems flexibly; Conduct research on new technologies and methods of artificial intelligence to promote innovation and development of the company in the field of artificial intelligence; Conduct preliminary research, forecasting, and medium- to long-term planning for the company's AI strategy.

Stay informed of AI advancements and identify strategic opportunities for the company's AI initiatives.

### Qualifications

PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, or other related technical field; At least five years of relevant research experience in thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical aspects, and applying AI/ML methodologies in research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
