## Job description

### 岗位概述

统筹车间生产管理工作，监控并及时解决生产过程中各流程、环节出现的异常问题，培养、提升团队成员专业技能、管理能力，以不断提升生产效率、降低制造成本、保证交期达成。

### 岗位职责
- 统筹车间生产管理，主导安全、品质、达成、效率及生产异常等检讨部署；
- 监控指导生产过程中各个工艺环节的时间管理，不断提升生产效率；
- 负责成本控制，包括人力成本、库存管控、物料报废及消耗控制等，不断降低制造成本；
- 根据公司质量方针和团队目标，不断提高产品质量，组织、协调和管理生产资源，确保交期达成；
- 负责培养、提升下属主管、助理等专业技能、管理能力；确认生产进度，异常问题及时处理与通报；负责区域重点项目规划、推进、监控指导现场实施、把控项目结果等。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、3年以上大型制造业基层管理工作经验，有锂电及其相关行业经验者优先； 3、熟悉生产流程，精通生产管理知识，具备较强的品质管理、流程优化、问题分析与解决能力； 4、具备较强的统筹组织、沟通协调能力、执行力； 5、普通话标准，沟通表达逻辑思维清晰。
