## Job description

### 一、岗位职责
- 负责电芯层级热仿真建模分析工作，能够结合仿真结果给出设计改善建议；
- 参与电芯温度场测试与验证工作，根据测试结果校核仿真分析模型，提升模型精度；
- 负责热仿真工具的开发/推广/运维工作，并协助工程师优化迭代热仿真工具；
- 总结提炼热仿真分析报告及建模规范，形成知识沉淀。

### 学历专业
- 大专及以上，专业是能源与动力工程、工程热物理、电化学等相关专业优先；

### 知识技能
- （1）精通至少一种主流热流体仿真软件：Star-CCM+、ANSYS Fluent、FloEFD、COMSOL等； （2）熟练使用至少一种3D制图软件（SolidWorks、Creo、CATIA等）； （3）具备MATLAB/Python/Java等代码能力及AI工具使用者优先；

### 工作经验
- （1）具备锂离子电池电化学知识及仿真经验者优先； （2）1年以上锂离子电池热仿真或热管理相关工作经验优先； （3）可接受应届生。
