## Job description

### 职责
- 监督、检核考勤专员的日常工作，确保公司员工考勤、休假流程清晰；
- 负责薪酬的核算及薪酬数据的汇总统计，以确保工资的准确及时发放；
- 完成对应报表的制作，对员工提出的薪资核算的相关问题给予及时解答和处理；
- 根据人工费用支出情况，进行成本分析；
- 参与有关薪酬绩效考核等方案的设计提出合理化建议，跟进落实绩效考核流程；
- 落实总部薪酬福利方案，并结合本地化需求制定相应薪酬福利方案；
- 员工社保、公积金增员减员办理。

### 岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、统计学、数学等专业优先； 2、2年以上薪酬人事或数据分析相关工作经验； 3、较强的数据统计分析、核算能力； 4、熟练使用办公软件； 5、良好的沟通及组织协调能力、工作细心、保密意识强。
