## Job description
- 负责项目从立项筹备到量产的全平台项目管理；
- 负责组建团队，制定项目计划，产品开发里程碑，并协调内部资源确保计划落地；
- 负责识别项目实施过程中的风险及问题，及时汇报风险及问题，并组织相关资源制定具体措施，保证风险及问题可控；
- 负责该模块内部统筹工作，保证该模块规划清晰，产品具备竞争力，满足前端客户需求。

### 岗位要求

1，本科及以上学历，电气及能源管理相关专业，3-5年项目管理经验；有大型储能交付项目经验者优先； 2，熟悉储能项目交付环节的标准与风险点； 3，具有全面的项目管理能力，熟悉敏捷与瀑布混合模式，能够独立主导交付项目； 4，具有良好的甲方视角和供应商管理能力，能够把控交付节奏； 5，具有优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能够在Infra团队，采购，财务之间高效协同； 6，具有优秀的自驱力，较强的执行力和责任心，能够快速灵活处理项目突发事件，抗压能力强；英语可作为工作语言
