## Job description

### 一、岗位职责描述
- 负责负极侧相关结构和电化学表征分析，底层机理研究和电芯失效分析；
- 负责负极侧相关构效关系的搭建以及数理模型的建立；
- 负责负极侧与高校或其他科研机构相关的联络和新技术开发；
- 负责负极侧相关模拟分析，包括材料与电芯；
- 负责辅助材料生产或量产加工异常问题的分析与解决。

### 二、岗位要求
- 硕士及以上学历，博士优先；电化学、物理化学（热力学/动力学）、材料、化学或化学工程等专业；

### 以下三种能力有任何一种比较突出
- ①扎实的物理化学、材料科学、电化学理论或实验基础；丰富的锂电或者钠电针对硅碳、硬碳、石墨机理分析经验优先考虑； ②深入理解材料表征与测试分析技术，了解先进的表征技术原理，有分析经验优先考虑； ③仿真建模或者数理建模的基础，有搭建并量化构效关系的经验优先考虑；
- 逻辑思维能力和数据敏感性强，条理清晰，思维敏捷，有创新能力；
- 有专利或者论文发表的经历；
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，跨小组/部门的协作能力和抗压能力，有强烈的工作责任感；
- 能够熟练阅读英文文献，具备良好的英文写作和交流能力。
