## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 建立并持续优化公司的行政管理体系，与业务需求精准匹配，支撑公司战略落地；
- 承接公司经营指标，制定行政管理任务目标，统筹与协调资源，推动组织绩效达成；
- 统筹行政管理全模块运营，包括食堂、宿舍、清洁绿化、乐活、工会保安队等，保障各项工作与业务需求精准匹配、高效运营；
- 统筹新建基地行政筹建期相关工作规划和执行落地，为新基地的顺利投产提供后勤保障；
- 主导食堂餐饮、宿舍管理、园区清洁绿化、员工关怀等运营提升优化，提升内部满意度；
- 主导行政外包服务商的招标、履约监督及考核，严控服务品质与成本；
- 负责行政团队的搭建、培养，搭建人才梯队，提升团队的专业力、领导力。

### 岗位要求

学历专业：大学本科以上学历 知识技能：
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具备5年及以上大型制造行业，行政经理同岗位团队管理经验优先；
- 具有大型园区物业、制造业行政管理，或星级酒店餐饮/房务部管理相关经验优先；
- 具备出色的服务意识、沟通协调、逻辑思维、创新思维能力。

### 工作经验

5年以上大型企业行政管理经验 语言：中文流利，语言表达条理清晰，擅长公文撰写，具备优秀对内对外跨部门沟通协调、汇报能力。
