## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 主导隔膜材料开发、配方设计、量产异常问题和公司重要项目的机理分析、方案设计及结果验证；优化隔膜生产流程，降低制造成本并提升质量稳定性。
- 分析隔膜生产流程，识别瓶颈环节，针对性地提出系统性解决方案。追踪和分析行业发展动态，分析、评估、验证其技术与成本可行性。
- 协助隔膜材料开发，协助推进隔膜材料理化性能评估新仪器、新方法落地。需适应低频次的短期出差，参加行业展会，与供应商、客户进行技术交流。

### 岗位要求
- 硕士学历，凝聚态物理、固体物理、物理化学、材料学、材料科学与工程、高分子科学、高分子化学与物理等相关专业，具有电子电气、表界面科学、电化学等相关科研或工作经历的优先考虑。
- 善于思考，积极进取，具备解决科学或技术问题的能力，具有良好的团队协作意识和跨团队组织协作能力。
- 具有技术支持、质量管理、精益生产等相关工作经验的优先考虑。
