## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责产能提升，人力标准配置，协助生产人力缩减，生产线平衡；
- 负责标准节拍测定、更新、发布，瓶颈工序分析、解决；
- 负责工厂内生产线产能规划；推进厂房成本及新线投资成本降低及投资率提升；
- 负责生产拉线产品切拉换型；制定标准产能、生产效率分析、提升和改善。

### 学历专业
- 本科及以上学历；

### 知识技能
- （1）具备1年及以上制造行业IE工作经验，锂电池制造、新能源等行业经验优先； （2）熟练掌握Excel、PPT等办公软件和CAD绘图软件。

### 工作经验
- 1年以上工作经验；

### 语言
- 普通话标准。
