## Job description

### 工作职责
- 根据公司的能源目标及KPI要求，统筹OPN、ASP&FE等相关部门制定节能指标；推动、监督、跟进各个区域部门节能指标的落实。
- 协助并引导各基地挖掘节能空间，推动各基地节能项目的横展，不断提高能源使用效率，降低能源使用成本；
- 分析基地能耗使用情况，发布能源使用报告和诊断报告，并通报各部门阶段节能成果；
- 监督各个基地管理节能措施的执行情况；
- 参与新项目（含厂房设施与生产设备）的能源使用把关、专项方案技术评审，为项目的节能降耗减排应用把关；
- 细化能耗数据，对影响能耗因子进行全面分析，进一步完善能耗模型，为新厂做对标管理
- 主导与APS及IE/PED等部门对工艺需求，把各项需求进行量化，寻找能耗最优的方式实现工艺需求
- 主导各类工艺设备的需求验证和测试，对新建厂房做能耗验收以及输入存量厂房改造做依据

### 对数据敏感度高，数据处理能耗强 任职资格
- 学历专业:本科及以上制冷\暖通\动力设备或相关专业
- 知识技能； 1）、熟悉厂房动力设备、能源管理知识、会熟练计算设备能效，暖通知识丰富。 2）、会制定体系文件，有内审或外审经验，现场推动能力强。 3）、擅长厂房压缩空气、真空系统、工艺冷却水系统的新建或改造的规划，方案设计、施工管理、调试和验收。"
- 经验要求:熟练掌握电力或自动化、熟悉高低压电机、风机、水泵、变频；熟悉既有节能诊断与测量方法，熟悉常用的节能技术，要求数据处理能力强

- 性格\态度:有较强组织、协调、及现场管理能力，具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识 和工作责任心，沟通能力强。
