## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 严格按照安全操作规程的要求使用机床；
- 负责CNC加工中心日常生产的操作；
- 负责加工刀具的检查、安装和对刀；
- 负责常用夹具的维护和保养；
- 负责机床的日常清洁和维护保养；
- 负责工件加工前的装夹、调校、程序导入加工；
- 严格按照工艺和图纸要求对加工完成的零件自检，正确填写自检记录。

### 岗位要求

1. 高中及以上学历； 2. 1年以上非标自动化设备零件和工夹具零件加工经验，熟悉FANUC或三菱系统操作和机床及夹具的日常保养； 3. 能看懂CAD图纸，能独立完成零件加工； 4. 熟悉区分刀具，并能熟练对刀； 5. 熟悉工夹具零件制造常用材料的性能和用途； 6. 熟练使用游标卡尺、千分尺、螺纹规、高度仪等基本量具，具备自检能力。
