## Job description

职位职责
- 负责Cell制程质量问题预防与控制，并推进制程问题闭环解决；
- 负责产品围堵、问题解决进度跟踪与闭环管理
- 主导拉线放行的评审，并基于评审结果输出最终评审结论；
- 识别拉线变化点潜在质量风险；
- 识别风险制作防错防呆方案及说明书并评估防错防呆方案有效性；
- 维护VPS，按照VPS&CP对不合格品产品进行判定，围堵和主动处理；
- 首件管理工作，制作首件SOP，制定检验方法，监控过程问题及有效性；
- 参与设备Qualify的验证过程并监督问题整改；
- 基于稽查标准进行日常执行有效性稽核工作 职位要求

### 学历专业
- 大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业工作

### 知识技能
- 了解8D/五大工具，6sigma绿带/黑带优先；数量掌握office技能；

### 工作年限
- 3年以上汽车行业过程质量经验，或2年以上锂电行业相关从业经验

### 语言
- 普通话流利

### 其他
- 抗压能力强，独立，自信，有求知欲
