## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责现场工艺问题解决以及提高生产效率
- 负责拉线整体FTY&YU工作的开展，支持和协调相关部门资源达成团队任务与目标
- 负责新拉线/拉线切换/新设备qualify
- 负责CP\SOP\ENW\WI\PFC等标准文件的发行和维护
- 负责生产拉线的PE相关的PLM\MES\SAP系统维护
- 主导拉线trial Run到满产稳定运维期间工艺问题分析和改善
- 负责客诉、安全、质量等专项问题的调查改善和报告输出

### 负责客户审核 要求
- ①熟悉6sigma等工程方法，熟练掌握FMEA、FTA、8D、SPC、MSA等工程工具；熟悉IATF16949/VDA质量体系； ②熟练运用office办公软件，具备较强的数据分析和处理能力； ③具备较强的逻辑分析能力、沟通协调能力、学习能力； ④具备工程制图基础知识； ⑤具备Minitab、JMP、Matlab、PLC程序识读、Python编程、视觉软件及AI相关工具的应用能力优先 其他：①具备良好的沟通表达能力及抗压能力；②良好的工作报告作成能力，报告的汇报能力； 具备2年以上工艺管理经验，锂电行业、汽车及汽车供应链行业工程经验优先；
