## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 熟悉劳动法、劳动合同法及地方用工政策，梳理用工风险点，优化员工制度；
- 受理员工投诉、劳动争议、上下级矛盾调解，独立处理简单劳资纠纷，复杂案件同步法务 / 上级介入；
- 配合劳动监察、仲裁、诉讼相关材料整理、证据收集、出庭协助；
- 员工违纪取证、警告、劝退、解除劳动关系合规流程执行，避免违法解除赔偿。

### 任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、劳动与社会保障、法学等相关专业优先； 2、1-3 年员工关系相关工作经验，制造业 / 规模化企业员工关系经验优先； 3、熟悉人力资源相关法律法规，掌握违纪违规处理流程； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强。
