We are currently seeking highly motivated Engineering students for Technical Services Projects Internships for 2027 to work in person at our location in Pasadena, TX. These paid internships will last approximately 10 weeks starting June 7th, 2027 through August 13th, 2027. Interns will work on specific projects, designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor and technical mentor. ### Description of Role Internship Outage Services Engineer Will assist in the planning and implementation of outages on turbo machinery from initial planning to final completion. Will assist in the repair of gas and steam turbine components. Will assist with reviews of operating status of the units on a periodic basis and tracks component repairs from a technical and financial standpoint. Will learn to develop optimized outage work scopes to reduce the outage turn times and implements throughout the Calpine Turbine fleet. Will learn to develop and maintains specialty tools to reduce outage turn times.
