Shape smarter ways of working through data, automation, improved workflow and decision support. Champion responsible technology-enabled change that delivers better customer, regulatory and business outcomes. Do Work That Matters Lead Complex Investigations, a critical Economic Crime capability focused on improving how investigation teams operate through better data, tooling, workflow, automation and decision support. You will balance transformation ambition with operational realities, ensuring change is practical, adopted and aligned to measurable outcomes for customers, regulators and the business. As Executive Manager, Crew Lead, Complex Investigations, you will: Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, performance and delivery outcomes for the crew. Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product, technology, data, risk, operations, delivery and change. Translate strategic objectives into actionable quarterly plans, squad priorities, delivery milestones and performance measures. Shape and prioritise a clear, outcome-focused backlog that balances transformation, operational resilience, regulatory delivery, risk reduction and customer impact. Establish strong governance across planning, delivery, controls, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and executive reporting. Use data, metrics and insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities and support timely executive decision-making. Build strong partnerships across Economic Crime, Technology, Risk, Data and Operations to resolve dependencies and deliver sustainable change. Create an accountable and engaged crew culture that champions simplification, automation, resilience, continuous improvement and safe delivery. We’re interested in hearing from people who: You combine strategic thinking with practical execution and can connect business, operational and technology priorities in complex, regulated environments. You bring clarity to ambiguity, build trusted partnerships and turn long-term direction into sustainable delivery. ### You’ll bring Significant experience leading large-scale product, technology, operations or transformation teams. A strong record of delivering customer, regulatory, risk or business outcomes through multidisciplinary teams. Sound strategic, commercial and operational judgement, with the ability to connect vision, prioritisation and execution. Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, controls and delivery assurance in a regulated environment. Executive-level stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnership capability. Experience navigating competing priorities, cross-domain dependencies and complex trade-offs. A data-led approach to performance, prioritisation and decision-making. A commitment to developing people and building high-performing, inclusive teams.
