The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inputs and control of all inventory material. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cold stamping, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with career advancement opportunities. ### Summary of Responsibilities Accurately processes, inputs and maintains control of all inventory material activity at all Morton storage and off-site supplier facilities. Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels Reconciling stock counts to computer reports - Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts - Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records - Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs - Compile, distribute file necessary documents Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets - Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines High level of data accuracy Preferred Qualifications: College level diploma or equivalent education and work experience Visual and/or CMS ERP Experience Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
