Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. ### Responsibilities Deliver wealth management services to clients with guidance from the Wealth Advisors and Client Onboarding team. Supports an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services (e.g., Investment, banking, mortgage) Documents, tracks, and monitors client onboarding and items escalated to them to ensure a timely resolution using internal tracking system. Provides client onboarding functions such as, account opening, including complex and cross-border accounts, asset transfer, account maintenance and general activities of licensed client service associates. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. ### Qualifications 2-5 years relevant experience - Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills per the needs of the wealth advisors, client onboarding team and clients - Ability to problem solve and analyze data with demonstration of attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills Client facing experience; strong background and interest in the fields of operations and compliance; knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products US: Licenses: Series SIE, 7/63 or 7/66 Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Private Client Coverage ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Client Services ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: San Antonio Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $62,620.00 - $87,380.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. ### Citi offers competitive employee benefits, including medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
