Demonstrated ability to communicate complex subject matter effectively to senior executives, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction, action items, and follow-up guidance.

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong risk awareness and escalating issues appropriately. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Experience influencing stakeholders and building relationships across a large, matrixed organization.
