This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual eager to contribute to strategic advisory services and capital markets activities for corporate clients. ### Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Support: Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including proposals, pitch books, and presentations, to support relationship management and business development efforts. ### Financial Analysis & Modeling Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, credit assessments, and valuation modeling to evaluate client financial performance and support transaction structuring. ### Transaction Execution Support the origination and execution of corporate banking products, including credit facilities, treasury solutions, and capital markets advisory, in coordination with relevant product teams. ### Market & Industry Research Perform economic, industry, and company-specific research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities or risks. ### Documentation & Reporting Prepare detailed written recommendations, statistical exhibits, and internal reports to facilitate informed decision-making. ### Risk Management & Compliance Understand and adhere to the firm's risk assessment frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring sound judgment in all business practices. ### Cross-functional Collaboration Partner effectively with bankers, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service. ### Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, investment banking, credit analysis, or a related financial services role. ### Technical Skills Proven proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and advanced Excel skills. ### Analytical Acumen Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. ### Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely. ### Organizational Skills Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ### Industry Knowledge Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, financial products (e.g., loans, debt capital markets, treasury services), and the regulatory landscape affecting corporate banking. ### Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. ### English fluency is required ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group Institutional Banking ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Corporate Banking ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above. ------------------------------------------------------ Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.
