This role will be to collaborate closely with product management, sales leadership, Second Line of Defense (2LoD) partners, and key stakeholders to oversee the current inventory of products and assess emerging risks resulting from business and regulatory change. ### Responsibilities - Support development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, enhancement, and development to align with evolving regulatory landscapes and business priorities - Strengthen first-line risk ownership across Citi Wealth by establishing, enhancing, and simplifying frameworks spanning product governance, sales practices, fiduciary, retirement, and client suitability - Drive significant enhancements across policies, procedures, and controls supporting ### Investment Solutions - Partner actively with Supervision, Controls, Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to prioritize deliverables, resolve complex obstacles, and align strategic objectives. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. ### Qualifications - 10+ years of experience FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) - Knowledge of investment products, product governance, suitability, investment industry regulations, retirement products - Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Demonstrated analytical skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Product Management and Development ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Product Management ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $163 600,00 - $245 400,00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. ### Citi offers competitive employee benefits, including medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
