## Job description

### 策略构建
- 根据公司业务目标，制定并执行效果类广告投放策略，包括但不限于搜索引擎营销（SEM）、手机应用市场广告、信息流广告、直播投放等。

### 投放管理
- 负责广告账户的日常运营，包括关键词优化、广告创意制作、预算分配与调整等，确保广告投放的高效与合规。

### 绩效分析
- 运用数据分析工具对广告数据进行深度挖掘与分析，识别投放中的问题与机会点，持续优化广告效果。

### 市场洞察
- 关注行业动态，分析竞争对手策略，结合市场趋势，提出创新性的广告投放方案。

### 跨部门协作
- 与用户运营、APP产品和技术开发等团队紧密合作，确保广告投放策略与公司整体战略的一致性，共同推动业务增长。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、统计学、计算机等相关专业优先，硕士及以上学历优先。

### 工作经验
- 35岁（含）以下，拥有3年以上效果类广告投放或数字营销相关工作经验，熟悉国内外主流广告平台（如百度凤巢、腾讯广点通、巨量引擎、主流应用市广告平台场等），具有证券从业资格，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质，无违法违规记录。具有投资顾问咨询资格、基金销售资格、期货从业资格优先。

### 专业技能
- 精通广告投放流程与技巧，具备出色的广告创意策划能力。具备优秀的数据分析能力，擅长利用数据驱动决策。熟练使用Excel等分析工具，了解Python等编程语言者优先。具备良好的市场洞察力与策略思维，能够灵活应对市场变化。

### 沟通能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门有效协作，推动项目顺利进行。

### 自我驱动
- 高度的责任心和自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
