## Job description

### 服务体系建设
- 洞察客户需求，针对不同客群特点设计线上投教及服务内容、活动，形成覆盖客户全生命周期的分层客户服务体系。
- 新媒体运营；基于业务及品牌宣传需求，搭建新媒体矩阵、孵化投顾IP账号，负责日常账号内容策划及管理，实现线上高质量发声、目标客群触达及转化。

### 权益体系建设
- 绘制客户成长轨迹，结合分层服务体系，设计并不断优化客群权益体系，以多样化激励方式促进客户成长。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，金融学、金融工程、经济学、统计学、数学等相关专业优先，硕士及以上学历优先。

### 工作经验
- 35岁（含）以下，拥有3年以上金融机构、金融媒体或互联网公司金融垂类领域线上用户运营、品牌建设相关工作经验。具有证券从业资格，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质，无违法违规记录。具有投资顾问咨询资格、基金销售资格、期货从业资格优先。

### 专业技能
- 拥有丰富的APP端客户运营经验，熟悉金融产品、行情工具及各类投顾服务，具有优秀的文字、视频、活动等内容策划、线上推广能力及实战经验。擅长用户分析，并善于利用数据驱动决策。具有投研工具或策略产品研发能力者优先。

### 沟通能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门有效协作，推动项目顺利进行。

### 自我驱动
- 高度的责任心和自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
