## Job description

### 策略构建
- 根据公司业务目标，结合不同客层诉求、行情变化、业务特点等，构建分层智能化策略体系（智能SOP），形成线上智能化精准营销能力。

### 标签管理
- 负责基于KPC、KYP、KYE体系下的标签采集、评价、应用等全流程管理，不断提升对于客户、产品、投顾的标签化管理能力，实现更精准的线上智能化撮合及匹配。

### 平台建设
- 根据公司业务发展需要，参与建设APP、小程序、企微等对客平台，丰富线上经营触达场景以及提升客户体验；推动数字化中台迭代优化，提升线上经营的效率。

### 经营分析
- 建立经营观测指标体系，持续跟踪业务数据，监测业务发展态势，定期、不定期输出数据报表或可视化报告，为业务指标提供预监测和解读，完善数据分析工具，提升数据输出效能。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，金融工程、统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先，硕士及以上学历优先。

### 工作经验
- 35岁（含）以下，拥有3年以上金融机构、大型互联网公司用户运营领域数据分析、APP产品运营等相关工作经验。具有证券从业资格，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质，无违法违规记录。具有投资顾问咨询资格、基金销售资格、期货从业资格优先。

### 专业技能
- 对产品运营、用户生命周期管理、用户体系搭建有深入理解和方法论沉淀，同时有实战经验。具备围绕用户深度研究的数据挖掘、数据建模及可视化展示能力。具备丰富的线上产品设计能力，能够基于业务诉求设计产品方案，实现线上营销场景的打通，实现业务转化。

### 沟通能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门有效协作，推动项目顺利进行。

### 自我驱动
- 高度的责任心和自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效与专注。
