## Job description
- 组织与参与各类市场营销和客户服务活动，开发和积累客户数量和客户资产；
- 向客户介绍公司和证券市场的基本情况，包括相关法律法规、证监会规定、自律规则和公司相关规定、证券投资的基本知识及开户、交易、资金存取等业务流程；
- 向客户传递由公司统一提供的研究报告及与证券投资、综合理财有关的信息；
- 向客户传递由公司统一提供的金融产品宣传推介材料及有关信息，介绍金融产品购买流程，提供各类投资理财建议、进行客户资产及产品配置、客户资产跟踪检视等工作；
- 向客户介绍和推广各类创新业务及法律、行政法规和证监会规定的可以从事的其他活动；
- 做好日常工作的过程管理和参加公司组织的业务培训；
- 完成营业部负责人、部门负责人及团队负责人布置的各项工作任务，努力完成团队及个人的各项考核指标；
- 负责落实日常展业各环节的反洗钱工作要求，协助本机构开展反洗钱基础工作，配合内外部机构进行反洗钱调查与现场检查；
- 及时完成财富委、分（子）公司及所在营业部交办的其他工作。
- 全日制本科及以上学历，有较强的学习意愿与学习能力；
- 具备较好的沟通交流能力，客户服务意识、团队合作精神与责任感；
- 具有证券从业资格，通过入职培训，达到公司或营业部规定的其他条件；
- 具备良好的职业道德和专业素质，无违法违规记录；
- 开展不同业务时应具备相应的资格条件。如具有投资顾问咨询资格的客户经理可从事投资顾问业务。具有基金销售资格的客户经理可从事基金销售业务。具有期货从业资格的客户经理可从事期货IB介绍业务等。
