### Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist I (BPS). Responsibilities include ensuring business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations and providing on and off-site support to those locations; supporting the evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives in a defined business unit or business process, and assisting in the development in the delivery or training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.

Skills/Qualifications Required 1+ years' related experience and knowledge of the area in which processes are being evaluated and improved. - Development, Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $67,100 - $85,800/Year.

The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
