This role will oversee multiple products that enhance and complement our in-person, on-site business services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich the offline, in-person interactions. This is a high-impact role including building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee individual products. ### Key Responsibilities Include: - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products. - Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features. - Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes. - Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on-site customer journeys. - Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales. ### Skills/Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios. ### Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
