As a Learning Coordinator, you will plan and organize all virtual and in person courses; maintain training schedules; prepare training materials for all programs; ensure accurate training records; prepare reports; produce virtual courses; and assist with the administration of other development tools and resources. Skills/Qualifications Required - High School Diploma/GED - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet - High attention to detail and communication skills Preferred - SAP or other Learning Management System (LMS) experience - Training experience Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
