Responsibilities include constructing and sewing top-quality samples using a straight-needle sewing machine; supporting and assisting in small lot cutting as needed; following verbal and written instructions from a tech package on how to construct garments; working closely with Technical Design and providing positive input and suggestions to improve sewing productivity and product quality. ### Skills/Qualifications Required - Proficiency in the use of straight-needle sewing machine - Ability to follow verbal instructions in English and read and follow written instructions in English Experience cutting and sewing garments Preferred High School Diploma/GED Proficiency in the use of buttonhole and hemming machinery ​Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
