Responsibilities include maintaining proper inventory levels, safety stock material maintenance and emblems to minimize backorders and ensure service level targets are being met for their assigned DCs; regularly reviewing and managing stock transfer orders (STOs) from the distribution center to cover inventory needs; working directly with the Buyer I and Buyer II positions to ensure inventory needs are met, as well as the DC team to ensure backorders are fulfilled quickly with incoming inventory; working with emblem suppliers to ensure proper inventory levels; reviewing and setting emblem min/max reorder points; reviewing inventory turns so DCs are not over stocked; managing irregular inventory; being proactive in identifying, resolving and communicating issues and potential issues on delivery dates, backorders and impacts to inventory, as well as informing management of resolutions; assisting DCs in communication on backorders and recoveries. Skills/Qualifications Required High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Supply Chain or Operations Management - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet - Ability to look at large amounts of data and break it down into necessary and meaningful business information - Ability to analyze all data necessary to manage assigned DCs Experience with SAP ​Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
