Sales Execution " - To actively market and sell Sunlife products to all customer - Actively involve in cross-product sales activities of to ensure optimal customer reach, product exposure and effective operations that optimize delivery to customer. - Ensuring successfullness of all relevant sales campaign." Customer Relations " - Handles custemer inquiries diligently, resolve of excalate the necessary to the relevant parties. - Refer customer to the relevant officers sales person for other products and services. - Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the respective parties where necessary. - Develop and build long term business relationship with customers." Compliance " - To ensure the completeness and accurateness of customer's documents and information for sales execution and submission - To perform housekeeping on business documentation efficiently.
