## Job description

Strategy and Planning Execution of strategies and business plans to create new revenue stream by building new digital product for consumer products. Implements departments digital & partnership initiatives to enhance the performance of CIMB Group partners relationship management, product team, technology teams to maximise local opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of the lending market landscape in order to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats Support Digital Product Head to achieve overall business objectives on Digitalization of Unsecured Consumer Products Business Performance and Management
- Drives P&L growth, customer portfolio growth for Consumer Banking by introducing new financing products Collaboration with partners drive unsecured products cross selling Implementation of financing products and marketing communications and campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved Champions collaboration with other departments to drive returns for the CIMB Group
- Oversees product end-to-end product cycle (product, compliance, risk, collection, fraud, legal, finance, operation, system etc…) and collaborate with other stakeholders to mitigate potential gaps, and resolve matters arised Role model and drive acitivities to encourage and build desired organisational culture, values and reputation in the Group markets and with all staff, customers and regulatory/official bodies Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
