[Apply on CIMB Group Holdings’s careers site →](https://ejox.fa.ap1.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/37430) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [CIMB Group Holdings](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/cimb-group-holdings/) / Senior Executive, iCIMB - SG Ops (Remittance - OTT) MY ## Job description ### COMPLIANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - Ensure same day delivery processing time for Remittance products from submission time until completion of processing; - Ensure compliance to Remittance Policy, Manual & Guidelines and SLA; - Ensure the following are met upon processing of customer’s application: - Fund are sighted - Screening application - Confirm to Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines - To perform AML and escalate to business unit if required - Escalate to business unit (Remittance (REM), Wealth Management Operation (WMO) & Capital Market Operation (CMO)) & other related parties for approval - Updating of Daily Register; - Attend to telephone enquiries and reply to swift/mails enquiries when required. - Handle business unit (Remittance (REM), Wealth Management Operation (WMO) & Capital Market Operation (CMO)) & other related parties complaint promptly. ### DATA PROCESSING/RELEASING Makers Ensure 100% accurate data entries in BDS, Swift Alliance etc; and other related payment systems. Any doubts or unclear instructions to be checked with the respective party ie. Business Units, SG counterparts and/ or the initiating departments. Assign transactions in Net Reveal whenever needed. Perform daily EOD, check GL entries & related payment instructions to make sure all is in order. Retrieve necessary documents if required. Housekeeping & filing of documents timely and ensure ease of retrieval. Assist team members on delivery of BAU and other related remittance products within the business unit whenever required to ensure all BAU meet SLA and avoid unnecessary escalations. ### Checkers - Verifiers & Authorizers Check to make sure 100% accurate data entries in BDS, Swift Alliance etc from all products ie. WBN transactions All Treasury related transactions Guava setup Murex instructions MSIM instructions Dymon instructions All other or new related payment instructions that requires checker functions. Assign and release payments from Net Reveal. Escalation via email to BU be done when necessary, monitor and proceed accordingly once the respective parties response. Retrieve necessary documents if required. Able to handle high volume and multitask with 100% accuracy. ADMINISTRATIVE Train and share process knowledge and updates to new staff/peers at all times. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/SLA Report, monitor and ensure all KPIs are met, and timely submission of Reports i.e SLA, data entry for CUR (Capacity Utilization Rate), MAS reports, Month End Report & etc. Handle and run all additional functions, ad hoc assignments from manager or any related projects assigned by manager. To perform all UATs, weekend testings and adhoc testings whenever assigned. Monitor own attendance and Overtime, thus work to reduce OT, aim for zero-EL and MC; ensure justification is recorded when OT is incurred for management’s reporting. To comply, cooperate and complete any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management and as per Business requirement from time to time. Any challenges in complying/ completing tasks, justification and proposed solution has to be provided.
