## Job description

This role works closely with the Head of CX Culture and Governance to design, develop, and execute strategic programmes and initiatives across the Group to achieve customer-centricity objectives. It collaborates with various stakeholders to implement key initiatives and programmes, ensuring timeliness and projected benefits. This role also supports governance related to CX programme deliverables.
