## Job description

### Cigna Customer Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming promotion hotline for customer enquiries
- Promote insurance product / promotion plan to customers through telephone call (no cold call is needed)
- Provide professional insurance advice to customers and understand customer needs
- Achieve individual and team target
- Handle ad-hoc project Job Requirements: Holding valid IIQE papers 1,2 At least 1-year call centre or insurance selling experience
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and servicing skills Self-motivated, aggressive with a positive mind Native in Cantonese Insurance agents and financial advisors are welcome Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation Package with attractive commission scheme (with average monthly take home of HK30,000 or above) Performance / Special Incentive Incentive trip 5 days’ work per week (37.5 hours per week) Comprehensive medical and dental coverage 12 days Annual Leave + Birthday Leave Structured on-the-job training 電話推廣主任 工作職責： 處理投保熱線客戶查詢 通過電話向客戶推銷保險產品/促銷計劃(不需要cold call)
