R esponsable de asegurar que tenemos el abasto correcto (Dispersión de inventarios óptima) para asegurar la ejecución de planes promocionales y apuestas de la compañía. Internamente, es responsable de pasar la señal de demanda correcta para coordinar cross Supply Chain la expectativa de resurtido.

RESPONSABILIDADES Estrategia conjunta de abasto / Joint Business Plan (JBP) con el cliente. Acordar KPIs y metas de servicio con el cliente. Definir mix de productos, alcance e innovaciones a impulsar. Construir el Outlook y S&OP mensual y anual (validado con KAM). Proyectar la demanda del consumidor en el punto de venta, comparar forecast interno vs. externo (forecast accuracy), identificar eventos internos que modifican la demanda (estacionalidad, promos).

Optimizar la dispersión de inventarios en el PDV (reducción de agotados). Gestión de pedidos y solicitudes de abasto/comerciales. Monitoreo de fill rate, agotados, on-time delivery y patrones de pedido. Seguimiento de desempeño de Sell-Out, innovaciones y promociones. Desarrollar reportes / dashboards de visibilidad cíclicos. Coordinación interna con Campo, Ventas, Planning y Supply Chain. COMPETENCIAS & SKILLS Excel avanzado.

Herramientas de forecasting (SAP, etc.). Data analytics & visualización (Power BI). Capacidad analítica / resolución de problemas. Fundamentos de cadena de suministro.
