## Job description

Encargado de brindar atención y asesoría a las llamadas de clientes con póliza de auto Chubb que sufrieron un siniestro. Su labor principal es identificar en que punto del proceso de siniestro se encuentra el cliente y dar soporte realizando los escalamientos a las áreas correspondientes. El alcance es nacional. El puesto tiene interacción con las áreas de Autos como Ajustes, Valuación, Calidad y distintas áreas administrativas.
