## Job description

1. Định nghĩa Bộ phận, chức năng của phòng ban | Definition of Department and Function Phòng Đầu tư phụ trách việc nghiên cứu, khảo sát thị trường tài chính; quản lý vốn, tài sản của khách hàng thông qua việc đầu tư các tài sản hiệu quả nhất làm gia tăng giá trị tài sản; chọn lọc các dự án đầu tư phù hợp, phân bổ tài sản, phân tích và theo dõi danh mục, đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động đầu tư theo tiêu chí và mức chấp nhận rủi ro của khách hàng nhằm tối ưu hóa lợi nhuận và giảm thiểu hoá rủi ro; xây dựng và hoàn thiện hệ thống dữ liệu phục vụ cho hoạt động đầu tư; phối hợp với các phòng ban có liên quan để giám sát các hoạt động đầu tư luôn tuân theo đúng Điều lệ Công ty, hợp đồng quản lý đầu tư, điều lệ quỹ và các quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Investment Department is accountable for financial market research and survey; Managing capital and assets of clients through effective asset management to increase the value of customers' assets; Select suitable investment deals, asset allocation, analyze and monitor portfolios, evaluating the investment effectiveness in line with their investment criteria and risk appetite in order to optimize return while minimize risk; Building and ensuring the investment database as well as investment operation activities to serve investment activities; Coordinating with relevant departments to monitor investment activities in accordance with the Company charter, investment management contract, fund charter and current legal regulations. 2.

Mục tiêu tổng quan vị trí | Position Objective Thực hiện việc quản lý hoạt động đầu tư hiệu quả, đảm bảo báo cáo và phân tích chính xác & kịp thời, chủ động tham gia một cách cẩn trọng đến mọi hoạt động đầu tư được giao. Vai trò và nhiệm vụ | Duties and Responsibilities Nghiên cứu thị trường và phân tích đầu tư | Market research and investment analysis
- Theo dõi các công cụ đầu tư liên quan đến chứng khoán có thu nhập cố định, bao gồm (nhưng không giới hạn) trái phiếu Chính phủ, trái phiếu doanh nghiệp, chứng chỉ tiền gửi và các sản phẩm trên thị trường tiền tệ. Monitor investment instruments related to fixed income securities, including (but not limited to) government bonds, corporate bonds, certificates of deposit and products on the monetary market.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường chứng khoán, cập nhật biến động thị trường, kinh tế vĩ mô và thực hiện các bản tin thị trường hàng ngày cũng như lập các báo cáo liên quan. Research on security markets, update market fluctuations and macro economy, deliver daily market newsletter and prepare related reports.
- Theo dõi xu hướng ngành và thực hiện các báo cáo phân tích về các đối thủ cạnh tranh để có những kế hoạch hành động kịp thời và phù hợp. Monitor trends of the industry and competitors to have prompt relevant action plan.
- Hỗ trợ cấp quản lý trong việc nghiên cứu và xây dựng quy trình đầu tư cổ phiếu để chuẩn bị cho năng lực đầu tư tương lai bao gồm đầu tư cổ phiếu thụ động và chủ động. Assist the manager in research and build the equity investment framework to prepare for the equity investment competence in the future, including passive and active equity investment. Thực hiện thẩm định đầu tư và tham gia đánh giá định kỳ | Investment due diligence and execution and periodic assessment preparation
- Thẩm định, đề xuất các phương án đầu tư để cấp trên xem xét và phê duyệt, tiến hành thực hiện và theo dõi các khoản đầu tư theo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng. Perform due diligence and propose investment options for management’s review and approval; implement and monitor investments to ensure they are on schedule with quality.
- Theo dõi xu hướng ngành và thực hiện các báo cáo đánh giá về các doanh nghiệp phát hành trái phiếu và ngân hàng Việt Nam để có những kế hoạch hành động kịp thời và phù hợp, đảm bảo danh mục trái phiếu doanh nghiệp và đầu tư vào ngành ngân hàng, đặc biệt là tiền gửi được kiểm soát an toàn. Monitor C-bond issuer and banking sector trends and prepare periodic assessment reports in order to develop timely and appropriate action plans, ensuring that C-bond portfolio and investments in the banking sector—especially deposits—are managed safely. Báo cáo và vận hành | Investment reporting and daily operations
- Cung cấp báo cáo đầu tư định kỳ để cập nhật cho cấp quản lý và các bên liên quan về hiệu quả hoạt động của danh mục đầu tư, tình trạng tuân thủ và điều kiện thị trường. Deliver regular investment reports to update management and relevant stakeholders on the investment portfolio performance, compliance status and market conditions.
- Nghiên cứu và nắm vững các yêu cầu pháp lý cũng như quy trình của công ty đối với các hoạt động vận hành và giao dịch hằng ngày, đặc biệt là danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động và trái phiếu, nhằm bảo đảm việc triển khai diễn ra suôn sẻ. Study and understand the regulatory requirements and company procedures for day-to-day operations and trading activities applicable for investment portfolio, especially for passive equity and fixed income portfolio for smooth implementation.
- Đảm bảo cập nhật kịp thời và chính xác, đồng thời liên tục cải tiến quy trình để tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý, với trọng tâm là nâng cao hiệu quả. Ensure timely and accurate updates and continuous process improvements in compliance with regulatory requirements, with a focus on enhancing efficiency. Những công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý | Other as required by management
- Tham gia vào các dự án/sáng kiến mới, hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm mới, đào tạo chuyên môn cho các bên liên quan v.v. Take part in new projects/ initiatives, assist the new product development, deliver professional training for non-finance stakeholders, etc.
- Các công việc khác khi được yêu cầu. Other tasks where required.

## Qualifications
- Tối thiếu bằng Cử nhân Possess at least

### Bachelor Degree
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng, chứng khoán, quản lý quỹ Requires at least 3 year experience in banking, securities or fund company
- Có chứng chỉ hành nghề quản lý quỹ do UBCKNN cấp (bắt buộc), có CFA là lợi thế Fund management certificate by SSC is a must, CFA is desired
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt Strong interpersonal skill
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và làm việc với nhiều bên liên quan, có các cấp bậc khác nhau (nhân viên/giam đốc điều hành) Team player with ability to work with various stakeholders & levels of employees/executives
- Có mạng lưới kết nối tốt với cộng đồng đầu tư chuyên nghiệp Good network with professional investment community
- Có sáng kiến trong công việc và giao tiếp chủ động Proactive initiative and communication style
