## Job description

As the Head of Bancassurance, you will lead all business activities across the bancassurance distribution channel with this strategic bank partner. You will be responsible for shaping and executing product, distribution and marketing strategies in close collaboration with our Underwriting teams and the bank’s team, to deliver clear business outcomes. You will build and maintain effective working relationships with the bank stakeholders at both management and operational levels, while driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening the partnership.

Reporting directly to the President, Hong Kong and Macau, you will manage a team of insurance relationship managers, sales and support staff. Working closely with senior leaders across Chubb Hong Kong, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business and delivering market-leading customer service.

### Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual business plan and deliver against agreed KPIs
- Develop the long-term strategy for the partnership and lead tactical initiatives
- Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies Promote Chubb’s products and services to bank staff and customers
- Support product development and successful product launches with partners
- Review product launches and marketing campaigns to improve effectiveness
- Lead and develop the bancassurance team Partner with Legal Counsel and Compliance & Risk Officer to ensure proper controls and compliance
- Deliver product and compliance training to the sales team Provide management reports and production forecasts within agreed timelines

## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above At least
- 10 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or insurance partnerships across property and casualty, accident and health, and personal lines insurance Experience in digital product design, development and delivery
- Strong understanding of consumer and commercial policy lifecycle operations
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills
- Proven success in building long-term corporate partnerships A collaborative, proactive, and “can do” mindset Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
