## Job description

### Key responsibilities

Be a part of the team to strengthen the growth of capability, infrastructure and wealth product offerings for Chubb Wealth, mainly on funds, including private evergreen funds and mutual funds. Work with various teams, both internally and externally, to facilitate the product onboarding, maintain the product database, ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data display shown to clients Sourcing, reviewing and in-depth due diligence on global fund opportunities.

Track the market development trend, preparing investment memos and client presentation materials related to investment manager recommendations, portfolio updates, and other thematic discussion topics Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. firm-wide marketing and advisory of product offering to front office staffs and making presentations to clients. monitoring of existing wealth products and required follow up with relationship managers take lead on ad-hoc new initiatives to support the business development under the guidance from the team lead

## Qualifications

### Requirements

2-6 years of experience; currently a fund specialist in a PWM firm is highly preferred team player, eyes on details, goal oriented, hardworking, honest and positive mindset presentable; client facing activity experience preferred Disciplined, strategic thinking, eyes for innovation and using new tech tools or functions Bachelor’s/University degree or above Fluent in English; trilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred Knowledge in VBA, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg preferred; capable to use generative AI tools to do presentation and/or data mining preferred Keen to be a professional product expert who can deliver clear positions regarding to the market trend, the firm’s wealth product offerings and competitive edges to the sales team
