角色定位

### 身份
- 保險公司與外部通路（保經/保代）的專責窗口。

### 目標
- 透過服務與賦能合作夥伴，達成區域業績目標。 核心職責

### 業務推廣
- 定期拜訪維繫關係、推動獎勵競賽 (Campaign)。

### 教育訓練
- 主講晨會/說明會 (OPP)、傳授商品賣點與話術。

### 行政支援
- 解決核保、理賠、佣金等疑難雜症 (Troubleshooting)。

## Qualifications

### 證照
- 壽險/產險 + 投資型 + 外幣 (基本四張)。

### 資歷
- 具 保險業務或同業通路經驗尤佳。 ★ 招募流程提醒
